but isn't 4 mi..for jnco it's jux simply unforgettable..mayb first time as a trainer or perhaps e things did+ learn dere or even e nicenice trainers & trainees i met...indeed hav learnt alot even as a trainer..experience o getttin late mitins. hahahs..yea..plannin & ya..wat i wanted..expErience on bein a trainer. can b enjoyable,tough. it jux depends hw ya c it. e plannin,tryin o games..woah..c whether they'd enjoy it..care 4 safety etc..process can b tirin. but true enough when it's successful or they seem ta enjoy it..u'd jux feel e sense contentment satisfaction. most impt- aft tis..realli gotta noe e seniors & juniors beta..got e chance ta work w the seniors..`fuN. play together work together & sacrificin slp together..lolx
... ...4 snco~indeed hav not den..wonder if tt's true failure.why. our batch b e guinea pigs.lol. mayb it's e change tis yr(gradin system etc)..or it's cut down to 3d2n. initially im both shocked & nt afraid ta say, smiley. hahs..but once in it..i rather not..it seems realli too short. wld rather hav a 4d3n & learn more..most imptly--wld b able ta SpreaD e prog..dis yr's seems so cramp urp..when a prog's delayed..evytink wld b pushed back & a prog wld definitely b canceled. dun tink it's at all worth it. yea? haix..actualli i feel really sad+ disappointed deep down when e cc says "it's e worst snco batch" i dun feel lyk goin hm tt day..realli dun mind juz stay on 4 another day to learn & prove. mayb it's e triage. i admit it's a mess though. but it's e first time we touch on triage. for most o e corps..or shd i say all.wells..4 our corp, e lecture is e first time we heard o it..no trail.nth..& we're in a situation. tt's y we'd decided ta tel our juniors on triage once we get evytink rite..& not lyk us..mayb we're realli nervous wich in turn maks us lose e confidence..it's jux lyk on e day o exam itself,a teacher tellin ya 1 more chap is out 4 e exam..in tis case..we oso had ta memorise e roles o all e ics,wher to b allocated etc. & wat we had to do in tt particular dept. heard frm moi teammate hav ta go back 4 course day, presentation etc. ya..+ theory examination. seems longg.. hahs..jux done wit my snco peer eval. finallI..no joke. 8 team mates each 3 strengths 3 weaknesses..hav ta think back blahx..so, my advice cum conclusion-be more obserVant. lolx. den dun needa crack ya brain jux 4 a simple eval. hahas..cum to tink o it..silly la..spend bout a wk...ya..nw cca oso hav gt hw..plannin o activities 4 e juniors..dateline:1/1/06 ehh...tink evy corp oso hav ta do e same tink den..
